Catherine Gibson-Green, Program Director,
AT&T Customer Advisory Councils
Catherine Gibson-Green is responsible for AT&T’s Customer Advisory Councils: the AT&T Business Advisory Council (ABAC), the Executive Client Advisory Council (ECAC), and 3 Regional Advisory Councils (Americas, Asia-Pacific & EMEA).
Catherine and her team created and launched the AT&T Business Advisory Council (ABAC) in August 2003. The ABAC is a group of 30 information technology decision-makers from Fortune 500 companies who work with AT&T in a “trusted advisor” relationship. As part of her ABAC role, Catherine leads a team of global-based Region Directors whose responsibilities include market management / advocacy, as well as the leadership of the 3 Regional Advisory Councils (RACs). In 2006, she picked up leadership for the Executive Client Advisory Council (ECAC), AT&T’s CxO level council. Catherine is personally responsible for the results, creative content, membership vitality, logistics and the strategic vision of these advisory councils and their affiliated activities.
In her previous assignment, Catherine was responsible for the success of the AT&T Sales Team in the EMEA Region, which supported over 200 of AT&T’s largest multinational customers, and spent 3 years creating and leading the EMEA Regional Advisory Council.
Catherine has been with AT&T for 20 years. She joined AT&T in Charlotte, North Carolina, leading a business telemarketing sales team. Since then, she has held a variety of assignments with increasing responsibility in Sales, Sales Management, Product Management, and Product Marketing capacities.
Catherine earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon, and an MBA from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. She is based in Bedminster, New Jersey.
