Jack Ferres, Senior Manager, Customer Marketing, Kronos
As the Senior Manager of Customer Marketing, Jack is responsible for leading a team of customer marketing professionals whose mission is to cultivate and deliver customer success proof points required for sales and marketing campaigns. The team maintains a robust database of internally accessible customer intelligence, manages a high volume of customer reference calls and visits, and facilitates the production of published customer collateral.
Prior to joining Kronos in 2003, Jack spent 14 years with Parametric Technology Corporation where he held both services and pre-sales management positions based in the US and Europe. While at PTC, Jack also launched the firm’s Reference Program and personally developed PTC's first role-based Reference Database web application.
Jack earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University.
