Kathryn serves as Manager, Customer Reference Program and Communications, at Red Hat, the world's leading provider of open source solutions. Poole joined Red Hat in 2003 and, after working on a wide variety of marketing and communications initiatives, in 2006 founded what is now a highly successful, scalable global customer reference program. The Red Hat customer reference program has produced more than 250 customer success stories profiling Red Hat customers from around the world and a valued peer-to-peer program to enable sales.  Today, customer references are a key component of Red Hat's communications strategy.
