Julie TungJulie Tung, Vice President, Global Customer Programs, Oracle

As Vice President of Global Customer Programs for Oracle, Julie is helping to define and drive Oracle’s strategy to ensure customer success and customer loyalty.

Oracle’s customer programs focus on four key aspects of creating and maintaining customer relationships:

  1. Collecting customer feedback
  2. Analyzing and responding to customer inputs
  3. Creating consistent business best practices for interacting and building relationships with customers
  4. Nurturing customer references

Julie joined Oracle in 1998 and has held various customer, partner and marketing-related positions within Oracle. Most recently, she was Vice President of Global Alliance and Channels responsible for the development of Oracle's partnering strategy and Oracle PartnerNetwork worldwide.

With over 20 years of industry experience, Julie has extensive knowledge of sales, marketing and strategic partnership experience for high technology companies. Prior to joining Oracle, Ms. Tung was Vice President of Partner & Channel Marketing at Computer Associates and Vice President of Channel Marketing at Cheyenne Software.
