Jeanne Talbot, Senior Customer Communications Manager, Lexmark International, Inc.
Jeanne is a senior customer communications manager at Lexmark International, Inc., a company that provides businesses of all sizes with a broad range of printing and imaging products, solutions and services that help them to be more productive. Talbot has been the architect of Lexmark's enterprise customer reference program for the last five years in North America. In the last 12 months, Talbot has coordinated a team effort to standardize the company's reference offerings and processes around the world, including the implementation of an online reference management tool, the adoption of consistent reference types and templates and the development of a common process for leveraging references for sales and marketing purposes.
Prior to her role at Lexmark, Jeanne led public relations and employee communications for Lexmark's Printing Solutions and Services Division. She has more than 20 years of experience in high-technology public relations, communications and marketing, including for and on behalf of companies such as Intel Corp. and Microsoft. Talbot has a bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and resides in North Grafton, MA.
