Dean Hidalgo, Director of Industry and Customer Marketing, TIBCO
Dean Hidalgo is a senior marketing executive with 16 plus years of experience promoting enterprise software to Global 2000. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with customers to develop insight and expertise into how companies can provide value across the lines of their business.
Upon joining TIBCO Software Inc in May 2005, he led marketing strategy for TIBCO’s core product lines, where he managed continued growth, generating more than half of the company’s license revenue. He currently serves as the director of industry and product marketing at TIBCO Software, where he leads industry-specific product positioning, go-to-market campaigns, sales and partner enablement and competitive analysis for the entire TIBCO technology stack.
Prior to his role at TIBCO, Dean was a competitor to the company, executing marketing strategies for BEA Systems. He has held other various product marketing positions in enterprise software and middleware since 1993 with Candle Corporation, SeeBeyond and Innosoft International. Attaining both his undergraduate and MBA degrees at the University of Southern California, Dean is known for his vision into unseen markets and strategy.
