Fees: $1,395 per person.
Discounts:
5% for early registration
5% for subscribers to Reference Point
5% for organizations sending three or more attendees
5% if you've attended a Customer Reference Forum in the previous year (San Francisco, London, Dallas)
Refund Policy:
For cancellations at least 30 days before the Forum, Participants may receive a full refund. For cancellations within 30 days of the Forum, no refund will be issued but Participant may apply the full amount to a future event.

Hotel Arrangements:
The beautiful Claremont Resort in Berkeley, CA will host the event and is holding a block of rooms for us. We ask that participants make their own hotel arrangements.
